The 2025 recipient, Mary Jane Fairley, has been a member of our Quilters Above the Clouds guild for over 10 years and has always contributed an extraordinary amount of time and effort toward the guilds goals and mission. She has been both President and Secretary of the guild in past years, all while continuing to work. She has been active in the planning and coordination of our quilt show, taking on the role of co-chair numerous times. She shares her expertise with others willingly and is an active member of our monthly quilting bees. She has displayed her quilts not only at our quilt show but at the Colorado Quilting Council quilt a fair. She has quilted many Angel quilts and quilts for others. I can go on and on about her contributions but I want to share a couple of other attributes of this amazing lady. She will attend a quilt show anywhere in the US to include Santa Fe, Tucson, and Houston, to name a few and she is never late!
